Challenge
The customer was seeking a washer to remove chips and cutting oils from stainless steel bars. Bars had to be visually clean and oil-break free upon exiting the washer.
Solution
Alliance provided a compact Aquamaster CB-1200E washing system with wash and ambient blowoff modules. A lane guide/divider in the center of the conveyor belt allowed products being cleaned to stay segregated. Optional accessories included an exhaust fan system, micro-filtration, photo-eye sensor at the load end, and a belt-type oil skimmer. A custom paint scheme was used to match the company’s existing machine colors.
