Built Around Better Coverage

Every HE Series washer is designed with double full-coverage spray zones, allowing the full surface of parts to be contacted from multiple angles as they move through the machine. Standardized 65 quick removal nozzles provide reliable coverage while making maintenance faster and easier. Nozzles are fixed to adjustable ball ends to make fine turning nozzle targets easy.

The result is a cleaner, more consistent process with fewer service headaches.

Smarter Water and Chemistry Control

The HE Series uses improved fill logic to control water levels within a fixed operating band.

This improved control supports more accurate chemical injection, better process consistency, and reduced waste.

An upgraded chemical injection system provides a durable, low-maintenance alternative to traditional dosing pumps. Optional flow verification and drum-level monitoring are available for applications that require added confirmation and process traceability.

Easier to Maintain

Maintenance access was a major focus of the HE Series design. Pull-out curtains, quick-release nozzles, stainless external plumbing, improved blower mounting, and lighter canopy designs all help reduce time spent servicing the machine.

The HE Series also includes updated blower support that allows the blower to be easily removed from the machine and shroud designs to reduce and operating noise.

All air knives utilize a more efficient air knife design featuring a removable orifice for quick and easy cleaning.

All primary spray bars can be rodded out without removing spray headers from the machine.

Advanced Controls and Monitoring

The HE Series features an upgraded controls package with a color HMI and improved machine feedback. Operators can more easily monitor machine conditions, water levels, fill cycles, and key operating functions from a central interface.

A new AC drive system with speed dependent active torque monitoring provides more consistent conveyor jam protection across the full speed range.
