Solution

Alliance provided an Aquamaster RI-6000 rotary indexing parts washer with a unique servo-driven turntable that rotates clockwise and counterclockwise during the same cycle to move parts through the different zones. The parts are placed on specially designed fixtures, and the wash and blowoff zones include both general and targeted nozzles to reach specific part features and passageways. The rotary indexing system includes indicated loading/unloading and part tracking through the HMI screen. It is designed for manual operation with a light curtain to prevent injury to the operator.

Cleaning Method

Aqueous cleaning was the ideal method due to the part size and the need for targeted spraying and drying of part features and passageways.
