Flashback to 2013: Aquamaster CC Series Featured in Metal Finishing Magazine
Blast from the Past: Aquamaster CC Series Featured in Metal Finishing Magazine
Back in September/October 2013, Metal Finishing Magazine featured Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. in its New Products section. Looking back more than a decade later, it is interesting to see how many of the same priorities remain important today, including customizable fixtures, stainless-steel construction, adjustable conveyor speeds, and easy access for maintenance and operation.
Alliance Manufacturing, Inc of Fond du Lac, Wis. introduces the Aquamaster CC Series conveyorized fixture parts cleaning machines. The Aquamaster CC is a front-load washer with a vertical indexing conveyor system equipped for manual part loading and unloading from a single point. Stainless-steel chains and multiple part fixtures move parts through the cleaning system; part fixtures are customizable and can be designed to accommodate a wide variety of part types. Typical process zones include wash, rinse, and ambient blow-off. Conveyor speed is adjustable to accommodate varying production rates. Hinged or lift-off doors offer easy access to the interior, and sensors stop the machine when opened. The machine is constructed primarily of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. Many customization options and process zones are available upon request.
Even in 2013, the Aquamaster CC Series demonstrated Alliance Manufacturing’s focus on flexibility, safety, and durability. While technology has continued to evolve, the core principles behind effective industrial parts cleaning systems have remained the same.
