Challenge

Developing a machine to accommodate seven (7) different bore pistons with variable spray and blowoff manifold configurations for cleaning/drying external and concealed surfaces.

Solution

Alliance provided an Aquamaster RI-7200 rotary indexing machine with wash and regenerative blowoff stages. A variety of quick change over part fixtures were provided. This bore piston cleaning machine is designed for single operator part loading and unloading from a common position.
