Challenge
Customer required a heavy-duty batch-style washer to clean a wide variety of machined castings weighing up to 150 lbs.
Solution
Alliance provided an Aquamate RF-3036 front-loading cabinet-style washer constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel. Machine included a stainless steel parts basket and gear assembly and stainless steel interior spray piping accommodating parts up to 36” high. Auxiliary intermediate spray piping was included for effective cleaning of smaller and lower profile parts.
