Solution

Alliance provided an Aquamaster CB-1200E dual-lane conveyor belt parts washer. The machine was designed to allow for communication with a robot for placement of the pump handles onto both conveyor lanes. Adjustable part guides were designed to center the pump handles on the conveyor and keep them in position for cleaning. At the unload end, segregated unload chutes were added to drop the cleaned parts into a bin. A micro-filtration chamber was added to remove particulate from the wash solution and a 1″ oil skimmer was also added to keep the solution free of oils. A mist collector was included to return condensation back to the tank.
