Cleaning aluminum bearing housings using a conveyorized cleaning system with parts robotically loaded and manually unloaded.

Solution

Alliance figured out how to clean machined aluminum parts of coolant chips and dry the parts by using a conveyorized belt washer with wash (heated) and blowoff (heated).
