Alliance’s “Aqualescer” oil coalescer is used to remove floating oils and contaminants to help extend the life of your parts washer’s cleaning solution.
The Aqualescer has a stainless steel parallel plate design for removing floating oils from aqueous cleaning solutions and process tanks. The Aqualescer oil removal system is also offered in mild steel construction for machine coolant tank applications. Five (5) standard Aqualescer models are available. Sizes range from 0.5 GPM to 3.0 GPM flow rates. The Aqualescer oil removal system is designed for use with water-based industrial parts washers and parts cleaning systems.
