Customer is an ISO 9000 registered fabrication company that works in various fields including construction and agriculture

Challenge

Customer needed a machine that could add rust preventive to parts from a wheel blasting machine that could reach 8’ and 85 #.

Solution

Alliance provided a conveyor belt system machine that sprayed rust preventive on the parts and allowed the customer to run 5-6 FPM.  This machine was a standard parts washer but was only used for the purpose of adding rust preventive onto parts.
