Challenge

Customer needed a machine that could add a rust prevention coating to parts from a wheel blasting machine that could reach 8’ and 85 #.

Solution

Alliance provided a conveyor belt system machine that sprayed a rust prevention coating on the parts and allowed the customer to run 5-6 FPM. This machine was a standard parts washer but was only used for the purpose of adding industrial rust inhibitor onto parts.
