Advanced Batch Cleaning for PCBs and Electronics

Forget the limitations of traditional cleaning systems and discover the AquaBatch batch cleaning system, designed to deliver multiple cleaning technologies in a compact footprint. This innovative system combines aqueous and aqueous chemistry-based cleaning with advanced thermal processes to achieve results previously unattainable in batch cleaning. The AquaBatch is engineered for versatility, supporting process temperatures from ambient up to 200°F, and now adds the power of onboard steam cleaning for maximum effectiveness.

When selected, the integrated steam generator produces hot water vapor that penetrates and softens tough, baked-on flux, solder paste, and other residues commonly found on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This pre-treatment allows the standard wash cycle to complete the cleaning process efficiently, ensuring thorough removal of contaminants without the need for harsh chemicals or extended process times. The AquaBatch also includes an intuitive operator interface, enabling easy selection of wash type and duration, number of rinse cycles, and length of the forced-air drying stage for consistently clean, dry assemblies.

Flexible, High-Performance Batch Cleaning

The AquaBatch is ideal for cleaning a wide range of electronics and precision components, including PCBs, semiconductors, sub-assemblies, and process tooling. Its combination of aqueous washing, chemical efficiency, and optional steam pre-treatment provides unmatched flexibility and cleaning performance for batch operations. By targeting low-clearance areas and densely populated assemblies, the system ensures complete flux, paste, and particulate removal, making it a reliable solution for sensitive electronics manufacturing environments.

With the AquaBatch, manufacturers benefit from cost-effective, environmentally compliant cleaning without sacrificing quality. Reduced chemical usage, precise process control, and the ability to tailor wash cycles to specific assemblies make this batch system a standout choice for electronics production.

Experience the next generation of batch PCB cleaning with the AquaBatch, delivering exceptional cleanliness, operational flexibility, and superior performance in a single, compact aqueous parts washer system.
