The Aquamaster CD conveyorized rotary drum parts washers provide a cost-effective and efficient method of cleaning and drying small, high-volume, non-precision parts where continual throughput is required. The rotary drum parts washers can accommodate a vast array of part sizes and configurations.
Our rotary drum parts washers incorporate internal welded drum flights and kicker bars that gently tumble parts as they are conveyed through the cleaning system. The perforated drum allows fluid to flush over and away from parts as they are conveyed through the wash system. Stainless steel load and unload chutes are standard. Drum diameter, machine length, flight pitch, and perforations are all sized based upon part size, volume, and application.
Alliance has engineered a large variety of rotary drum parts washers for cleaning such items as bearing fingers, screw machine parts, metal stampings, and hydraulic fittings, to name a few.
![]() | "Full Access" CanopyAlliance's exclusive "Full Access" fiberglass canopy provides quick and easy access to the entire interior of the machine, (U.S. Patent No, 5,630,435). All parts cleaning equipment requires regular routine maintenance. Unlike hinged access doors, the "Full Access" canopy design provides greater access for maintenance and process adjustment. In addition, fiberglass construction offers insulative and sound dampening qualities. |
![]() | Firebar Electric Heating ElementsOperating at the correct solution temperature for your parts cleaning application will optimize the cleaning performance and save energy costs over the life of the machine. Alliance machines include thermostat controlled "Firebar" electric solution heating elements as a standard feature. The "Firebar" element includes flat surface geometry which reduces scaling, coking, and degrading. A temperature controller allows the operator to set the desired operating temperature and the heating elements will automatically cycle off/on once the desired setting is reached. Gas burner and steam heating systems are available. |
![]() | Stainless Steel Tank ConstructionThe solution tanks on the Aquamaster line of parts cleaning equipment are constructed of heavy gauge, Type 304 stainless steel for increased equipment life. Tank bottoms are sloped to allow complete drainage. |
![]() | Thermostat Controlled HeatFinding the optimal solution temperature for your parts cleaning application can improve the cleaning performance and save energy costs over the life of the machine. Alliance parts cleaning equipment includes a thermostat heat controller, which allows the operator to increase or decrease the controller setting to achieve the desired operating temperature. Heating elements will automatically cycle on/off to maintain the set temperature. |
![]() | Clip-on-Adjustable-Spray-NozzlesCleaning parts in a conveyorized parts washer is accomplished through spray impingement of heated cleaning solution upon the parts. Periodic cleaning and adjustment of the nozzles is important for optimum machine performance. The Alliance pass through parts washers include “clip-on” adjustable nozzles for quick removal, without the need for tools, for easy cleaning and adjustment. |
![]() | Hinged Clean-out DoorA hinged, gasketed clean-out door on the solution tank provides access to the tank inside and bottom for periodic maintenance. The doorframe is flush to the tank bottom to facilitate easy tank cleaning. The tank bottom is pitched to the drain on the opposite side (away from the clean-out door), to prevent residual water from draining out of the clean-out door. |
![]() | ”Aqualescer” – Oil Coalescing SystemThe “Aqualescer” is an oil coalescer with stainless steel parallel plate design for removing floating oils from aqueous cleaning solutions and process tanks. These coalescers are also offered in mild steel construction for machine coolant tank applications. Five (5) standard Aqualescer models are available. Sizes range from .5 GPM to 3.0 GPM flow rates. |
![]() | ”Aquaskim” – Belt-Type Oil SkimmerThe "Aquaskim" belt-type oil skimmer is designed for removing floating contaminants from parts washer bath, coolant sumps and other oily water applications. The unit is constructed of Type 304 Stainless Steel. It includes a 4″ wide, stainless steel oil skimmer belt. A lift-off fiberglass hood covers internal components. Tramp/floating oils are discharged from the front of the unit through a 1″ NPT coupling. The “Aquaskim” can remove up to 6 gal/hr of floating oils, depending upon the viscosity and solution condition. The standard mounting depth, flange to bottom of skimmer is 15.50″. Custom mounting depths are also available. |
![]() | Micro FiltrationMicro filtration includes an externally mounted filter vessel located on the discharge of the solution pump. A stainless steel inner basket holds a disposable bag that filters 100% of a cleaning solution. Replaceable bags are available in a range of micron sizes, which can be sized based on application. Filter vessels are available in are variety of capacities and either carbon steel or stainless steel construction |
![]() | Chemical Injection SystemChemistry can be automatically added during operation by a water-driven proportional injector. As solution drops, the machine level control activates the water fill solenoid valve. As water enters the machine, chemical injector automatically adds the desired percentage of chemistry mixing water and chemical prior to entering the solution tank. Chemical percentage is adjustable. |
![]() | Mist Collector - Exhaust SystemMist Collector exhaust system removes steam from the interior of the machine and vents directly to room atmosphere. System includes a fresh air suction inlet for mixing cooler room air with humid air stream to assist in reducing moisture in exhaust air. Mist collectors can be used in place of conventional exhaust fans and do not need to be ducted to the exterior of the building. |
![]() | Washing Steel Bearings (744)Wash, rinse and regenerative blowoff process zones are used to clean oil, coolant and lube from automotive steel bearings. |
![]() | Cleaning Bearing Fingers (672)Cleaning oil, coolant and lube from bearing fingers is accomplished with the Aquamaster CD-1800E. This parts washer was engineered with a wash, rinse and regenerative blowoff modules for the automotive industry. |
![]() | Cleaning Seat Pawls (623)Manufactured for the automotive industry, the Aquamaster CD-1800 is designed with a wash, rinse and heated blowoff modules to clean blanking oils from steel seat pawls. Additional components include micro filtration and an exhaust fan system. |
