Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. was incorporated in 1994, as a result of a product line spin-off from Damrow Company, Inc. of Fond du Lac, WI. Damrow Company was established in 1904 and is a manufacturer of stainless steel food processing equipment. Among several other products, Damrow developed and manufactured machines for washing milk cans and dairyware in the early to mid 1900's.
In an effort to diversify the business, in 1991 Damrow began developing a line of industrial parts washing systems. Engineering work was started, prototype units were built and testing of the product commenced. In the early months of 1994, Damrow was purchased by a Denmark based corporation. Subsequently, the industrial parts washer division was spun-off and Alliance Manufacturing, Inc. was established. In September of 1994, Alliance made its debut at IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show) at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. The Company displayed the first generation of the Aquamaster line, a conveyorized parts cleaning system. The design was well received and we had secured orders for several machines by yearend. During this same time, construction of a new facility was underway. In January of 1995, our staff moved to the current location at 1368 Capital Drive, Fond du Lac, WI. Since the original construction, we have expanded the facility to accommodate an increased growth in business. Our engineers have developed a full line of conveyorized parts cleaning equipment, including belt, rotary drum, monorail and indexing type systems. In 1995, Alliance engineers pioneered the first, split style, lift off canopy design, which allows for unobstructed access to the interior areas of our cleaning systems. This revolutionary Patented "Full Access" Canopy (Real Media video) design was awarded patent #5,630,435 in 1997. In addition, we have designed several return-to-operator systems, compact cell washers for lean manufacturing and custom engineered (Real Media video) machines for specific product applications. Since inception, Alliance has had the pleasure of working with several customers in many different industries. Our washers are currently being used to clean components for automotive, agricultural, aircraft, appliance, battery, construction, defense, electronic, screw machine, furniture, heavy equipment, housewares, marine equipment, small engine and other industries. Moving forward, we are working hard to satisfy our existing customers and develop new relationships. The name Alliance reflects our fundamental business philosophy; we are dedicated to work hand-in-hand with our customers to provide the very best equipment to meet their individual needs.
