Alliance was growing and in need of more space. In 2014, the company purchased the adjacent building after it was put up for sale. Construction began in late 2014 and continued through 2015. Renovations were made to accommodate additional office space in addition to welding, glass beading, and painting space in the new shop. The new building sign was added in 2016.
