Palletized parts are stopped at specific chambers to wash/dry specific part features. Inline pallet system - batch processing Lift top parts cleaning equipment designed for integration into automated palletized conveyor systems for inline batch cleaning of palletized parts and/or pallets. Palletized parts are driven into an operator accessible wash chamber, wash canopy automatically closes and wash cycle starts. Upon completion of the wash cycle, canopy automatically opens and pallet is released. Inline - Indexing conveyor with custom fixtures Parts cleaning systems with indexing conveyor and custom part fixtures. Indexing conveyor with custom part fixtures allows parts to be located in specific positions for washing and drying of critical part features. Machines are either manually loaded/unloaded or fully automated for pick and place interface. Inline - Dual chain conveyor system Parts washing systems with dual chain conveyor system. Parts to be cleaned are loaded directly onto the dual chain conveyor. Dual chain conveyor systems are available in stainless steel and poly/stainless materials.
